Our company has been on the market since 2017 and has become the largest seller of arched halls and other tent halls in Slovakia. Thanks to our many years in the business, we have extensive experience in selling and installing arched halls. This is confirmed by the fact that we have already completed more than 5,000 halls, not only in Slovakia but also in countries such as the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Hungary and even Portugal.
Besides livestock shelters and container shelter structures, our range of prefabricated halls also includes arched halls, which are among our most sought-after products.
What are arched halls?
The shape of arched halls follows directly from their name. These halls are arch-shaped and are not divided by any central columns, so you can make full use of their entire floor area. Arched halls are most often used in construction, agriculture and industry, for events, and they also make excellent storage space. Their use is multi-purpose, and that is exactly what makes them so good.
The shape of an arched hall also plays an important role. It gives the hall not only a solid structure but also very good resistance to wind and other weather conditions. The arched halls you can buy from us are covered with durable PVC tarpaulins with a weight of 750 to 900 g/m².
What is the difference between these tarpaulin weights on arched halls? A 900 g/m² tarpaulin is suitable for more demanding conditions where higher durability and strength are required, and its lifespan is 5 years longer than that of the lighter tarpaulin. The 750 g/m² tarpaulin, on the other hand, is suitable for everyday use of arched halls and milder conditions. The choice of weight depends on the specific requirements and the conditions in which the tarpaulin will be used.

Arched halls and their price
The arched halls in our range come at different prices. The price naturally depends on the size of the hall you choose – the width and length of the arched hall – and also on the weight of the PVC tarpaulin.
Our range includes arched halls 6 metres and 9 metres wide. The price of a 6 m wide arched hall starts at around €2,000. Arched halls 9 m wide are understandably somewhat more expensive: the cheapest costs approximately €4,000, while the highest price is around €9,000.

Si le produit est en stock, la livraison prend généralement entre 1 et 5 jours. La durée de l'installation dépend quant à elle de la taille de la structure. Les structures de petite et moyenne taille peuventarched halls être montées en une seule journée

de plus grande envergure, la durée d’installation peut s’étendre à deux ou trois jours.

La durée de vie de ces structures dépend de deux éléments principaux : la charpente porteuse en acier et la bâche elle-même.

La charpente en acier
a une durée de vie de plus de 20 ans, et considérablement plus longue si elle est bien entretenue.

Une bâche de 650 g/m² a une durée de vie de 15 à 20 ans, tandis que la
version à 900 g/m² dure environ 20 à 25 ans. La durée de vie globale de ces produits dépendarched halls également de leur utilisation, de leur entretien et de la qualité de la tension appliquée à la bâche.

En règle générale, les résistentarched halls à des vitesses de vent allant jusqu’à 100 km/h. La bâche en PVC peut également supporter une quantité raisonnable de neige, mais si la couche dépasse 10 cm, nous vous recommandons de la retirer. Cela permet d’éviter une charge excessive sur l’armature et de prolonger la durée de vie du matériau.

Oui, arched hallspeuvent être déplacés à tout moment si nécessaire. Il suffit de démonter l’armature, de la transporter vers le nouvel emplacement et de la remonter. Le déplacement est simple et ne nécessite aucun équipement particulier.
