Structure

PVC tarpaulin and entrances

Thanks to its dense inner fabric, the 3-layer PVC tarpaulin is extremely tear-resistant and lasts for a very long time. It is also flame-retardant and blocks harmful UV radiation.

What makes our tarpaulins stand out:

  • Thanks to quality materials they are 100% waterproof
  • Up to 3x more durable than standard PVC tarpaulins (resistant to rain, snow, mould, wind and damage)
  • They have a bottom “skirt” for protection against moisture and wind
  • They let natural light through and block UV radiation
  • 3-layer tarpaulin: the bottom and top layers are PVC, the middle layer is a non-elastic fabric

Specification:

  • Various tarpaulin weights (thicknesses): 650 g/m² (20-year lifespan), 750 g/m² (22-year lifespan), 900 g/m² (25-year lifespan)
  • Available in white or green.

Once the frame is assembled, the main (roof) tarpaulin is pulled over the structure and fixed to the arch bases using a robust ratchet tensioning system.

Installing the main tarpaulin is very easy:

  • The roof tarpaulin is pulled over the frame (using ropes)
  • The tarpaulin is then tied with rope to the first and last arch and tensioned using the straps and ratchets.
  • The end tarpaulins (front and rear entrance) are fixed to the frame with the supplied rope / straps
  • Our tent halls have a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 20 years or more.
  • Thanks to the special 3-layer PVC tarpaulin the hall is durable and shows almost no wear over time.
  • Thanks to the shape of the hall, neither dirt nor snow stays on it
  • High-quality zips and stainless brass eyelets
  • Easy-to-wash tarpaulin with minimal maintenance
  • The hall can also be heated or thermally insulated (by a third-party company)

The package also includes 2 end tarpaulins together with 2 entrance gates

Vehicle access and quick entry are ensured by:

  • Entrances on both ends of the hall (front and rear)
  • Extra-large door dimensions for vehicles
  • Roll-up doors opened with a manual winch / rope (depending on the hall type)
  • The option to cut any number and size of entrances into the hall (including the sides)
  • The option not to fit the front and rear ends, turning the hall into a “tunnel” and gaining the full entrance width and height

Extended product description

The saddle roof hall with dimensions of 8 x 18.3 x 5.2 m is a universal solution for farmers, companies and individuals looking for a durable, spacious and economical shelter. This type of hall is designed to meet high requirements for stability, durability and functionality in a variety of conditions.

One of the main advantages is that the hall does not require a solid foundation . Thanks to this, it can be built on practically any surface. The package includes anchoring to an unpaved surface , which guarantees a safe and firm attachment of the structure even in more difficult terrain. This makes the hall a flexible solution that can be adapted to current needs and placed exactly where it is needed.

Construction and inputs

The hall is equipped with a steel truss structure , which is hot-dip galvanized and thus protected against corrosion. The arched tubes ø 48×1.5 mm and connecting tubes ø 48×1.5 mm are used, which together create a stable and strong frame. Thanks to the high-quality surface treatment, the structure has a long service life and is resistant to external influences.

On both sides of the hall there are mechanical gates operated by a hand winch . The entrance height is 3.2 m , which allows comfortable entry even for larger agricultural machinery or trucks. A straight wall with a height of 3.1 m ensures practical use of the entire interior space.

PVC tarpaulin – maximum durability and durability

The key element of this hall is the PVC tarpaulin with a weight of 900 g/m² , which is one of the most durable solutions on the market. It is a three-layer fabric – the outer and inner layers are made of PVC, while the middle part is made of a strong polyester fabric. Thanks to this composition, the tarpaulin is:

  • waterproof and water-resistant,
  • resistant to UV radiation,
  • tear-resistant,
  • able to withstand extreme weather conditions, including strong winds, hail or frost.

When used properly, the tarpaulin has a lifespan of up to 25 years , which makes it an extremely reliable solution. In the event of mechanical damage, it can be simply welded and used again. The tarpaulin is classified as fire reaction class B , which means increased fire resistance. The PVC tarpaulin is resistant to wind, snow and hail , thanks to which the hall can reliably protect stored property throughout the year.

Versatile use of the saddle hall

The saddle roof hall is used in agriculture and industry . Thanks to its dimensions and durable construction, it is ideal as:

  • shelter for agricultural machinery and mechanisms ,
  • storage space for materials and goods ,
  • cover for hay, feed or agricultural crops ,
  • protection for livestock in adverse weather,
  • and other possible uses

Economical solution with a long service life

The hall offers an excellent price-performance ratio . The price of the hall from €35 per 1 m² of built-up area makes it an affordable solution with an exceptional return on investment. Given the lifespan of up to 25 years and resistance to all common weather conditions, it is a solution that combines functionality, durability and economic efficiency .
